Lysergol has been used as a hypotensive, psychotropic analgesic, and uterus- and intestine-stimulating drug. Lysergol is a clavinet alkaloid isolated from seeds of Ipomoea muricata and is a bioenhancer for the drugs and nutrients and has antibacterial activity.
